Effective date: April 12, 2026

By using BeeTalk.in.th, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to every visit and every use of BeeTalk.in.th.

Continued use means you accept a binding agreement between you and BeeTalk Thailand.

📱2. Using the service

2.1 Eligibility

To use the service, you must:

  • Be at least 15 years old or have parental consent.
  • Not be suspended from our service.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
  • Have the legal right to enter this agreement.

2.2 Accounts

  • You are responsible for your password and account security.
  • Do not share your account or let anyone else access it.
  • Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You may create only one account per email address.
  • Do not create fake accounts or submit false information.

2.3 Closing your account

You can close your account any time by emailing support@beetalk.in.th.

After closure, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days except where the law requires retention.

🤝3. Acceptable behavior

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect other users and their privacy.
  • Use the service only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
  • Keep your profile information accurate and truthful.
  • Avoid content that is inappropriate for minors.
  • Report abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior.

🚫4. Prohibited behavior

4.1 Prohibited content

  • Illegal, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Violent, abusive, hateful, or disgusting content.
  • Sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes racism, discrimination, or hate.

4.2 Prohibited conduct

  • Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other users.
  • Impersonating another person or organization.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Scamming, soliciting money, or fraud.
  • Publishing another person’s private information without permission.

4.3 Prohibited technical activity

  • Deploying malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Trying to access systems without permission.
  • Collecting user data without permission.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to create or use accounts.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our service.
  • Attacking the service with DDoS or similar methods.

4.4 Prohibited commercial activity

  • Using the service to sell sexual services.
  • Advertising products or services without permission.
  • Selling illegal goods such as drugs, weapons, or counterfeits.
  • Offering or reselling VIP accounts or our services to third parties.

📝5. User content and intellectual property

5.1 Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you post on the platform.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 Rights you grant us

By posting content, you give us the right to use, display, distribute, reproduce, and adapt that content to provide the service.

  • Store the content on our servers.
  • Show it to other users based on your privacy settings.
  • Those rights end when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it.

5.3 Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you post.

We do not accept responsibility for user content and do not guarantee its accuracy.

5.4 Review and removal

We may review, edit, or remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5.5 Our IP

Our website, app, logo, BeeTalk.in.th name, and all non-user content are our intellectual property.

💎6. VIP ads

6.1 Packages and pricing

  • VIP Tier B: 99 THB / 30 days.
  • VIP Tier C: 199 THB / 30 days.
  • Prices exclude 7% VAT.
  • Payment is via PromptPay or bank transfer.

6.2 Submission and approval

  • All ads must be reviewed and approved by an admin.
  • Review normally takes 24-48 business hours.
  • We may reject ads that are inappropriate, illegal, or violate policy.
  • Rejected ads can be edited and resubmitted.

6.3 Display period

  • Ads run for 30 days from approval.
  • They cannot be transferred, extended, or paused.
  • Renewals must be paid before expiry.

6.4 Refund policy

  • No refund after an approved ad starts running.
  • Full refund if the ad is rejected and you do not want to edit it.
  • Partial refund if we cannot deliver the agreed service.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

6.5 Canceling ads

You may cancel an ad with the password you set, but paid service time is not refunded.

6.6 Editing ads

  • You can edit ad details with your password.
  • You cannot change the package after payment.
  • Edits take effect immediately except for image changes.

7. Suspension and termination

7.1 Suspension by us

  • Violating these terms or the privacy policy.
  • Harming other users or the platform.
  • Using the service for illegal purposes.
  • Being inactive for 365 days.
  • Receiving repeated complaints about your behavior.

7.2 Effects of suspension

  • You lose access to your account and the service.
  • Your content may be hidden or removed.
  • Running VIP ads will be canceled without refund.
  • You may be blocked from creating new accounts.

7.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended unfairly, email support@beetalk.in.th within 30 days.

⚠️8. Liability limits

8.1 General disclaimer

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.
  • We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match or friend.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by other users.

8.2 Damage limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including lost profit, revenue, data, or opportunities.

8.3 Exceptions

This limit does not apply where the loss is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

🛡️9. Indemnity

You agree to protect and hold harmless BeeTalk, its team, and its providers from claims or damages arising from your breach of these terms, violations of law, or misuse of the service.

⚖️10. Disputes and governing law

10.1 Friendly resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact legal@beetalk.in.th first so we can try to resolve it together.

10.2 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to arbitrate the dispute.

10.3 Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes are subject to Thai courts.

10.4 Immediate enforcement

We may take immediate legal action for intellectual property, security, or abuse-related matters.

🔄11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time.

Minor changes take effect when posted, while major changes will be announced 30 days in advance.

If you continue using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

📋12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire agreement

These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

12.3 Waiver

If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we waive it.

12.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms, but we may assign ours with notice.

12.5 Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.

12.6 Language

These terms were written in Thai. If translated, the Thai version controls.
